Not being a small guy, Nick always jokes that he was not built for crawl spaces, but he was born into the industry. He is a second-generation crawl space expert with an extensive background in building science and home performance. Growing up in Lewes, Delaware, Nick has always been around the industry and got started at the early age of 13 working for his father. Nick started Seaside Crawl Space in 2014 with the goal of sticking to his core values and offering honest crawl space advice.  Nick served six years with the 153rd Military Police Company in the Delaware Army National Guard which has helped mold him into the leader he is today.

As a Delaware transplant, Nicole originally grew up in Hulmeville, Pennsylvania and studied Animal Science at Penn State. Bringing management experience from one of the largest poultry producers in the world, Nicole directs traffic in the office to ensure all of our clients have a wonderful experience.

Mark was born and raised in Harbeson, Delaware. Mark is the glue that holds so many moving pieces together here at Seaside Crawl Space! He brings a lot of valuable management experience from one of the largest restoration companies in the country.

Corrine is our traffic controller and will most likely be one of the first people you talk to when calling our office. Corrine’s bubbly personality is sure to brighten anyone’s day! Corrine grew up in Lewes, Delaware.

Matt was born and raised in Lewes, Delaware. Matt also currently serves as a Sergeant with the 153rd Military Police Company in the Delaware Army National Guard. Matt’s military experience and leadership training has forged him into a great leader within our own ranks. Matt’s favorite part of working at Seaside Crawl Space is seeing our clients’ reactions to all the hard work that has been put in.

Once you talk to Melvin, you will know he is originally from New York! Being in the crawl space industry for over 10 years, Melvin brings unparalleled experience to our team. Melvin loves to be hands on and in the trenches. As a great leader, he is always willing to help out or fill in wherever needed!

Yorman is a Seaford, Delaware native and has been with the Seaside Crawl Space team for 4 years. After a long day, one of his favorite parts of working on our team is being able to show our clients the crisp clean finished product.

Don’t let the young face fool you, this Lewes, Delaware local is one of the hardest workers and quickest learners of his generation! With his customer service focus, Zach loves to make sure our clients receive the best service possible.

Should he decide to follow in his father and grandfather’s footsteps, Anders may very well be the first, third generation crawl space expert! Although he may not be on the crew yet, Anders is sure to make everyone smile when he is visiting the warehouse and office with mom and dad!
