Hiring Crawl Space Repair Technician

Are you an A+ player and want to be treated like it? If so, come join the best of the best! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crawl Space Repair Expert to join and help grow our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crawl space encapsulations and be mechanically inclined, with the ability to operate various hand and power tools and troubleshoot. This role requires a proactive individual who can work well with a team to provide exceptional service and results.

Typical Work Week:

Our field teams typically work Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 5 pm. That's right, you get to enjoy a three-day weekend with Fridays off! Opportunities to work on Fridays and gain overtime are also available when needed!

As a Crawl Space Repair Expert, your main responsibilities are:
  • Perform crawl space encapsulations and repairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain tools and equipment.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable. ( Over 21 years old and no major driving offenses)
  • Able to pass a background and drug test.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and move heavy objects / materials
  • Fit into crawl spaces and other tight areas
  • Stand, sit, walk, and crawl for extended periods of time
  • Digging both in and out of crawl spaces
